Effectiveness auditing and evaluation

We have successfully developed and implemented several “deep dive” analysis projects for our clients in order to present an objective positioning as to their B-to-B effectiveness.

This audit would proceed any project development and implementation phase and would involve detailed research targeted at prospects, dealer partners, industry influencers and OEM staff. Magma would interpret the feedback, compare with “best practice” and from there develop a detailed strategic proposal based on achieving “world class” positioning in the B-to-B automotive market.
